Why Choose a Matterport 3D Scan at the 4-Way Stage?
Permanent Record for Future Reference
The 4-way inspection phase is a unique point in the construction process. Once insulation and drywall go up, those details are no longer visible. A 3D scan captures every wire, pipe, outlet, and duct at this stage for future reference.
Built-In Accountability
Avoid disputes and confusion. A Matterport scan allows builders and subcontractors to pinpoint issues like missing or buried outlet boxes, improper HVAC placements, or code violations—helping ensure everyone is held accountable.
Accurate As-Built Documentation
Blueprints are just a starting point—real-world installations often differ. Our scans show exactly how your home or building came together, giving you a clear, visual as-built record for reference during future renovations or repairs.
Simplified Warranty Claims
If a problem arises after construction, a 4-way scan can help determine whether it's covered under warranty or due to later alterations. Quickly verify what was done and when.

Remote Access, Real-Time Decision Making
Scans are available 24/7 via a shareable link, making it easy for project managers, homeowners, or inspectors to review progress from anywhere. This accessibility reduces the need for on-site visits and keeps the project moving without unnecessary delays.
Code Compliance & Legal Protection
3D documentation provides a reliable, time-stamped visual record that can be used to demonstrate compliance with building codes and safety standards. In the event of a warranty claim or legal dispute, this visual proof becomes an invaluable resource to protect all parties involved.
Long-Term Maintenance Planning
Your Matterport scan becomes a long-term asset. When it's time for future upgrades, remodels, or system servicing, having a clear picture of what's behind the walls helps reduce guesswork and prevent damage—saving time and money.
